Departure by car from Rurrenabaque to Santa Rosa del Yacuma. After 3 hours we arrived at our Caracoles Lodges, to shore the Yacuma River. Lunch and free time for resting on hammocks. In the afternoon, boat ride for wildlife observation of grassland: alligators, turtles, capybaras, pink dolphins, monkeys and many birds’ species.According to the season.

Morning hikes through the pampas in search of the mighty anaconda, black caiman and alligators. Lunch at the lodge and rest. Boat ride along the Yacuma River for piranha fishing and swimming with pink dolphins. After dinner, night time boat ride for observing caiman eyes with the help of a flashlight.

Morning boat ride to see troops of squirrel monkeys or chichilos and others species of animals and birds.After lunch, drive back to Rurrenabaque, where we will board a boat for a 3 hour trip to Madidi National Park, one of the most biologically diverse parks in the world. Dinner at the lodge and rest.

In the morning, hike along a rainforest trail for wildlife viewing, such as: monkeys, deer, wild peccaries, capybaras and several birds’ species. Lunch and rest in hammocks under the trees. In the afternoon, sport fishing in the river Tuichi.Then after dinner, night walk in the jungla to discover and listen nocturnal wildlife.

Short boat ride to Caquiawara, a clay cliff where parrots and macaws nest and feed and is fascinating with  different  species  and  sounds  especially Ara Chloroptera. After walking the path of interpretation, great photograph opportunities from the observation deck, returning to lodge we take a refreshing swimming in the river Tuichi.After lunch, jungle hike to learn about medicinal plants. Collection of seeds for handicrafts making back at the lodge.

Departure by boat after breakfast to Carmen Florida community for daily communal living where we will do different activities like grinding sugarcane, to make organic sugar and enjoy a cane juice, then to take a local lunch with different dishes from the community. In the afternoon we take the boat to Villa Alcira Community where we doing Zip Line Canopy, over the treetops of the jungle in approximately 3 ½ hours. Arrival to Rurrenabaque around 5 pm.
